Terrible abdominal pain when sneezing?!

Question: Terrible abdominal pain when sneezing.?
i was wondering if anyone had any idea on this one, when i sneeze i get a terrible shotting/stabbing pain in my right hand side just below my hip bone, it really hurts and when i am about to sneeze i get so upset because it hurts so badly, doctors when i was younger said it was normal but when i get a cold its like my side is gonna explose it hurts so badly, reduced to tears sometimes before of it, luckily don't have allergies or would be almost bed bound but when i am ill i need to curl in a ball or else it hurts alot worse, does anyone know what this is.? what is there that would cause it.? and what can help, don't sneeze all to often but tonight sneezing like hell and really close to tears.... please help.!!!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
It's probly a pulled muscle/muscles

i had the same problem a while ago in my lower back area , when i sneezed it was a sharp pain but i knew it was a pulled muscle sensation as iv'e had a few from Football and exercise etc

it can last for up to 2 weeks im afraid depending if it is a torn muscle or pulled

but to be safe , go to the doctors to have it checked out x

EDIT: may be that youve just done something when younger obviously when you were 13 and sneezing aggrivates it , it couldn't have been anything from birth if it was when you were 13.....try the hospital instead they do have a look to see if theres a problem with you , X-rays etcHealth Question & Answer
