I was on YA earlier today emailing one of my contacts and I started to perspire. My heart started beating rapidly, my knees felt week and my stomach ... almost felt like it had butterflies in it. What do you think could have caused me to feel that way.?Health Question & Answer

Sometimes that happens to me, minus the perspire, and it is merely that subconsciously I was thinking about something and just got anxious.
I don't really think that it is something serious, but if it happens again or if you just feel that it worries you, ask someone in your family, some one older who will know your family history or go ask a doc, that always works.
