I just found out that i have acid reflux and was wondering what are some over the counter medicines that i can take to help it! It gets really bad and tums don't help! If anyone could let me know what i can take to help it i would really appreciate it! Health Question & Answer

I had Acid Reflux, and the treatment that helped me was to set a food curfew- 8:00 or 8:30 works pretty well. If it's really bad, you only need to do it for about a year, but it is worth it.Health Question & Answer
