Question: I sprained my ankle on a trampoline and its still swollen since the 6 weeks hol & i also have problems running.?
its still a little swollen and i used 2 be a great long distance runner but now i come last ( meaning i can hardly run far) why is that .? please help me Health Question & Answer

Are you rushing yourself a bit.? Give your ankle time to heal - keep it elevated when you can and have patience with yourself. You can do long-term damage by forcing a run too soon. And yes, you might want to see your doctor just to be on the safe side.Health Question & Answer
The questions are: Did you see a doctor.? Were x-rays taken.? Are you sure it's a sprain(was it a self-diagnosis.?) If you answered "NO" to any of these questions. Go See a Doctor! I twisted my ankle and thought it was a sprain and waited for a couple of months. Turned out I had torn a ligament and chipped a bone and ended-up having to have surgery.Health Question & Answer
