Well, it could be both. Depending on the potentcy or the THC levels tells how high you can possibly get. Indica- Represents a more of a heady high, also considered "The Dank or Kush." On the other hand, theres Sativa- Which is usually called "Chronic." Which produces a more of a body high.
If you want the giggles i would consider smoking a Indica, Such as Green Crack, Afghaani Gu, Trainwreck, The Purps, and Kush in general.

It doesn't matter what kind of bud it is. Your body has become so use to it, it relaxes your body. A trick that always helped me when I smoke (not anymore) hang around people that are just funny in general. People that will make you laugh will be a big boost.
