Cant study in evening?!


Question: Cant study in evening.?
I normally sleep by 10:30 in night and wake up at around 7 in morning.

By evening 5 p.m, i feel tired and since i am a student i could not learn anything after 5 p.m.

Is it normal that a student cant learn in evening if he is a early riser.?Health Question & Answer

of course its normal! your brain can't go on for ever in one day. i think the best advice i can give you is to get a nap after coming back form school/college.
when you come back form school, eat and after 1/2 hour go to sleep. sleep for about 1-2 hours and then you'll feel refreshed and ready to work.

if this is not possible, or doesn't work o9ut for you, then i suggest sleeping earlier than 10:30. but i think you should be fine, as your getting nearly nine hours of sleep a night, which is the normal range.

maybe something else is making you tired, maybe your hungry, or not eating healthy foods. drink plenty of water, try drinking at least 6 glasses of water after coming back form school.
