i dont think anybody really knows the long term affects as the drug hasnt been around for that long, but im sure my generation will be good examples in the future to answer that one! the short term affects are memory loss, jitters, paranoia, jaw ache, fits, hallutionation (cant spell) death!!!
as for other street names, it all depends on what the ecstacy are called, like supermen, mitzis, pills, 007s, they have a print on the front and this determins what they are called!
