Why do I fall asleep so quickly during the day?!
Question: Why do I fall asleep so quickly during the day.?
For the past month or so I've gotten sleepy at work, and once I close my eyes to rest them for a couple of seconds within 3-5 seconds I'm in deep sleep... I feel my body shutting down and almost start snoring. I'm getting 6-7 hrs of sleep at night... so it's not that.. .what else could be contributing to this.?.? is it the onset of some sort of sleep disorder.? Health Question & Answer

Well sometimes if you stay up really late and the next day you're super tired and fall asleep or something after school. You won't be able to fall asleep until late that next night. The process will repeat until you stick it through the entire next day, and don't go to sleep until regular bed time.Health Question & Answer
Make sure your eating enough carbs for your energy - and try getting an extra two hours of sleep a night.
