Why have i had shortness of breathe for 2 months now?!
Question: Why have i had shortness of breathe for 2 months now.?
I'm 24 years old, don't smoke or drink at all, im not active so i'm a little chubby but not overweight {another words i eat like a college kid}, i don't do drugs, all i do is eat, sleep, go to work and hang out with my girl friend! I have that breathing problem where....imagine your jogging for a long time and then you stop to catch your breathe, as you take that last finale exale in to relax your self you feel better, well I cant. I will take that huge inhale, feel better for a a minute or two....then i feel like i have to do it again to satisfy my self. I went to a doctor and they ran EKG test to test my heart, and did exrays on my heart as well. They said everything was fine, they even gave me an enhaler but it didn't help or do anything. By the way all this has been happening since August 2008, the doctors didnt know what to tell me but just give me a f*ckin bill for not helping me {piece of sh*t doctors!}. So what do you think it is.? It hasn't got worst, it's still the same! This first started when I was running up a huge flight of stairs to catch a train and of course i was breathless and since then it hasn't stop.?
oh yea one more thing, i seem to have more trouble breathing when im really full after I just ate and it feel like i really got to un buckle my pants to release some pressure of my stomach and chest. So what could this be.? Health Question & Answer

I believe that it is panic attacks. When you said the first time it happened was running up a flight of stairs to catch a train, it is normal that you would be out of breathe, but maybe it scared you to the point that now you feel like you have to have that deep breathe on the way down to your stomach. I have been feeling the same thing for years, and I do suffer from panic attacks. If something stresses me out or for whatever reason I get nervous, I start gasping for that deep breathe. I have learned to control it, it used to control my life, but it doesn't anymore. as for having trouble when you are full. I believe it is normal, or you might have an hiatus hernia. you need to drop a few pounds(not trying to be mean) even 5 extra lbs can cause your body strain, cut back on dairy products, drink black coffee (helps to open breathing tubes- just no milk or sugar). You also might have a new allergy... good luckHealth Question & Answer
