I quick smoking 2 weeks ago. I FINALLY got this dream job BUT i have to take a drug test and i have to take it tomorrow! Im freaked out (exactly why i stopped smoking). I went to the smoke shop and they told me to use fake pee. What should i expect when i go in.? Will they watch me.? Will they search me/pat me down.? someone please help.

It really depends on the lab, but since yours caters to occupational drug testing, I suspect it would be similar to how they did it when I worked in Miami. When I went for a pre-employment drug test, there was no way a person could get away with "fake pee." You had to empty your pockets and they took your belongings. After you peed in the cup, they immediately put a temperature sticker on the container to record if the urine was at the correct temperature from being in your body. In addition, you could not close the door completely; a same-sex monitor was just outside the door monitoring for any unusual sounding activity from within the bathroom. (She never actually looked in on me, but was there just in case.)

You know, the reason that companies do drug tests is less about detecting drugs, and more about not hiring people who are unable to grasp certain concepts. If you want your workers to be productive and do a good job, you steer clear of people who have a buzz going all the time and can't grasp simple ideas like the body's 98.6o temperature.
So this fake pee you'll present to the moron drug tester who fell off the turnip truck earlier this morning will be - hm... - room temperature.? Yep, you should be able to pull that one off.
By the way, the drug testing facility has that nice building and well paid staff because they are actually good at what they do. Maybe after a few more weeks away from the smoke, your head will clear enough to understand why they won't hire you after the drug test.

They'll likely make you empty all your pockets before you go in, and give you the cup you're to use. Then see you immediately after you come back out. Yes, they'll know if it's something fake, like apple juice. Do you know it;s a pee test.? If they take a strand of hair, they'll know every drug you've ever used. Were you just smoking cigarettes.? hahahah, your screwed. I just took one today. They test the urine to make sure its real and they also check the temperature of it. You're gonna have to wait another 2 weeks to be clean. There is nothing you can do. You might as well not go because you're never gonna have a chance to work there if you fail the test. Not sure. I've heard/had friends who somehow snuck someone elses pee in, but I'm not 100% on how it works. I'm pretty sure they'll check. My cousin got checked when she tried to bring in someone elses pee, but then again she was already in trouble with drugs in the first place. Fake ,Absolutely , that can be picked up by the lab in seconds. Normally you will be ask to urinate in the sight of a clinician Males for Males, Females for Females, as validation. that can be signed.

Yeah - you might be in trouble. I had to take off all my 'extra' clothing (jackets, purse, la de da) and then the woman stood right in front of me and watched me pee. i would be careful . i dont even know how a woman would do that. i recommend lots of cran grape juice, gatorade and niacin. becareful with the niacin because it will make you hot and itchy. if you can postpone for any reason do . that way you dont have to risk getting caught.
