Question: Does cold air make you sick.?
It's been really really cold where I live this past week and my parents won't turn on the heater. Every room is so freaking cold and me and my sister and mom are way sick. We have bad colds.
Can it be because we don't run the heater and our house is like a freezer.? Blankets don't even help and I wear a thick hoodie 24/7!Health Question & Answer

No, cold air does not make you sick. Actually it's quite the opposite. Germs like warm moist climates to breed in. The only reason why people tend to be sick more in the colder months is beacuse we all have our heat on and we seem to gather indoors which is great for spreading germs!Health Question & Answer
