I didn't drink anything yesterday, what should I do?!

Question: I didn't drink anything yesterday, what should I do.?
Don't ask why I didn't drink anything yesterday... I don't know. I was just going to sleep last night and I realized I hadn't had anything to drink, but I didn't feel sick or anything, so I thought it'd be ok...

But then today I had a really bad headache today and when I was singing (had to practice...) my throat started hurting really bad and now I can barely talk...

What should I do.?

And I can't tell my parents... They're not here and they're not getting back until Sunday. I'm all alone here... =/Health Question & Answer

Drink as much as you can but not too fast so your body has time to adjust to the sudden changes of hydration... you might also want a Halls cough drop, since that helps sore throats if the water doesn't.Health Question & Answer

get a big bottle of water or about 4 or more glasses of water just sitting beside you and just keep sipping them til they're all empty and then fill them up again. I find that when i have plenty of water always sitting next to me, i will drink it more.
