I recommend Tylonol PM or some other OTC sleeping pill. It's fairly cheap and effective. I would use it for a few days to get back on the schedule. Don't keep taking them and don't become reliant on them.

also, as corny as it sounds, try warm milk. If you can't stand warm milk then do cold milk.Health Question & Answer

I don't think pulling an all-nighter will help your situation. If you stay up all night, you're going to be so tired by the time 10:30 comes around that you're going to sleep all night and part of the next day and be back where you started.

I would suggest keeping your sleep schedule the way it is, and get a little more active during the day when you're awake (lots of physical activity will for sure make you tired). also, I would suggest cutting off caffeine and food after about 8:00. I know how it sucks to "have your days and nights mixed up".. i'm the world's worst for it! good luck!Health Question & Answer

you either have to say up all day or force yourself to go to sleep early. what i do is go to sleep at 1:00 and just wake up at the time your going to need to. that day will suck but it will make you tired enough to go to sleep early and get your body back on trackHealth Question & Answer

If you were to pull an all-nighter, you would probably struggle to stay up to 10:30. But if you could do that, then I dont see why that wouldn't help you. If your really desperate then it's worth a tryHealth Question & Answer

having sleep binges will just make your body confused.. just add an extra hour or two each night and try to keep the approx same time as often as you can.

if you do pull an all nighter it will only put your body out of whackHealth Question & Answer
