For the past week or so i haven't been able to eat much, the most i've had at any given time was a box of raisins, i mean someone pointed it out to me during lunch that i wasn't eating, so is there a reason why i'm not eating or am i just going through a phase. I'm 16 and my mom joking said it's because i'm in love....is that even possible.? Health Question & Answer

you should try to eat. i have friends who don't eat much and i always nag them to eat because it will effect the health. my cousin she's sometimes feels very itchy because she doesn't drink enough water. i feel itchy too when i don't drink enough water so i drink much water as i can. you should eat food to get the vitamins from food. i'm 16 too and trying to eat plenty of water and eat kinda healthier. hope my advise helps. if you don't feels like eating at all then go to your GP /Doctorter im sure they can help. Maybe the guy you were with didn't try in the relationship and you accidentally fell in love with the person. You probably don't eat enough because you feel like it's not important and the person you are in love with is the most important thing as of now. you should go to the doctor i don't want to scare you but not eating will lead to weight loss and weight loss and itching can be a sign of something wrong please go to the doctor and don't feel stupid asking questions that is what they get paid forHealth Question & Answer
