Question: Anyone else take Ambien.?
I have been prescribed Ambien CR because of my insomnia. I have only taken it once because when I did take it, I began feeling extremely drowsy and as I started to fall asleep, I kept waking up because I thought my bed was caving in. LoL, it sounds weird if it hasn't happened to you, but I was dodging things and it just wasn't a great experience. However, when I did finally get to sleep, I remember sleeping great! The next day I felt like I had an unbelievably horrible hangover! Ugh...

I have the same kind of experience with Ambien too; Ambien helps you sleep when you decide to sleep, but when you take it and stay up it makes you quite loopy!

I had the same problems are you had with this medication try and go natural with your sleep problems go to a health food store or a drug store and ask what natural things you can take to help you sleep I know that melatonin I believe this is how it's spelled I am not too sure.Health Question & Answer
