Sometimes, but not always. I always put an adult diaper on everyone, so that "plugging" is not required. These orifaces do not always leak, it happens once in a while.
As for some of the other answers, we do not remove the "innards", we do not duct tape anything and we are NOT weird because we chose this profession, and we certainly DO NOT derive any pleasure from having to plug anyone's oriface, I ASSURE you. It is a very unpleasant task, and whoever suggested that we ENJOY it is clearly mentally handicapped, for lack of a better word *ahem*.Health Question & Answer
