Question: How Can I Stay Hydrated For My Next Blood Test.?
I have rolling veins and so far i have been to the doctor twice for my monthly blood test. Still they have not been able to get any blood. They tried over 5 times the first time and then the second time when she couldnt get it she sent me to the main Quest Lab to have them try. She tried 3 times there and said that they are hitting the vein but nothing is really flowing. she said the veins are just collapsing and its due to dehydration. But the problem is that im not thirst as much anymore. I found that ever since i lost weight I dont drink as much. How can i stay hydrated for my next and hopefully final test on monday.?Health Question & Answer

drink, drink, drink. When my daughter was having this problem I bought her a slurpy, and made her eat alot of watermelon. She ate and drank alot and she was quite hydrated.Health Question & Answer
