JAJA happened once, if it actually never comes out, dont worry you body will alone do it itself it will eliminate it one way or the other, if its inside, just blow it off =P

They go down my mouth, nose and eyes often when i run. it shouldn't be too much of a problem either getting it to go down or come out, if its not bothering you then it probably wont hurt you.Health Question & Answer
