Hi there, you need to just STOP and have a time-out. For starters stop needlessly thinking and just REST! It isn't written anywhere that a person has to always has be doing something. Just adopt an 'I dont give a damn, come what may' attitude for a little while - just to allow your mind to free-up. Next add salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic (help with blood circulation), olives, watermelons, good healthy food etc.. to your existing diet, cutting out the crap. Next go for short walks - say walk to get a paper or anything else trivial. Try taking a cold shower each day - you shall be amazed by the results - I swear, better looking skin, feeling AWAKE, zesty. Go and get a cosmetic eye treatment product for you eyes. Given time everything heals, your body contains alot of intelligence - if given a chance can heal it's self to it's natural state of vibrancy. Your condition has resulted by you imposing on your body and mind toxic thoughts and food/drink products. Peace.Health Question & Answer
