Question: Could i be feeling ill because of stress.?
last night i was feeling really stressed an worrying about relationship problems,

now in the morning im not feeling to good and ive got the runs,

an yesterday i hadnt eaten anything at all apart from a hotdog and 2 sausage rolls.Health Question & Answer

Short answer - absolutely! But it may be a "chicken and egg" sort of thing in that are you neglecting your diet and own needs because you feel all worked up and stressed.? Or are you making your stress worse (especially your body's ability to endure the very real physical manifestations *of* said stress) by having bad (eating/sleeping/consumption) habits.?

Take care of yourself. As far as dealing with stress (especially *pressure*) constructively, I'm not at all confident in my ability to dispense usable advice - as I too have great difficulties with it.

The diseases of stress have been studied since the 1930's. Stress is very real and causes one to become sick and their endocrine system to become imbalanced.

Look up the condition Addison's Disease, its a condition where the patient lacks the stress hormone cortisol. These patients usually experience chronic fatigue, nausea, diarrhea and loss of appetite...They must also be very careful not to experience ANY or minimal stress, or else their body can go into shock and can be fatal. They must increase their medication anytime they experience stress.

I'm not saying you suffer this condition AT ALL, but sometimes people experiencing stress can have similar symptoms as the body tries to adjust to the stress and bring it back to balance.

Allow yourself to rest and just know that your body is adjusting, any extra stress on top of this increases recovery time and can lead to other annoying more serious symptoms.

Increase your intake of B vitamins (B complex supplement). These are needed for the body to be able to produce the stress hormone. Take at least 4000mg of Vitamin C p/day for a few weeks.
