I don't know how old you are, but when it comes to any pain or weird things going on on the left side of your body, we don't fool around. I'm talking about your your heart.

Get rid of it before it starts making the rest of you dead Just joking. On serious note it could be just bad circulation as you have mentioned or something more sinister go and see your GP he will be able to diagnose the problem by few simple checks like blood pressure etc etcHealth Question & Answer

You could try massaging it or moving it around regularly. If you keep it still for too long, lean on it a lot or cross your arms for a large period of time, this can make them go dead, so avoid doing those.
