Ironically, why do I feel better after I stop talking my medication, rather than when I'm on it?!
Question: Ironically, why do I feel better after I stop talking my medication, rather than when I'm on it.?
I have various meds for things such as asthma, pain, anxiety, etc, and whenever I'm feeling REALLY sick, the meds help but if I'm taking it onn a daily basis or to "control" rather than during emergencies, it ends up making me feel worse.
As soon as I stopped taking most of my meds, even though I do have anxiety/asthma conditions,
my conditions actually improved to a degree, or stayed the same, didn't get worse,
and my general health and mental clarity improved 10 fold.
Maybe that improving gave me the illusion of my actual conditions improving.
Why is it that medicines are supposed to help us but end up making us feel like total garbage sometimes.?Health Question & Answer
