yesterday at night i notice one of the bones in the back of my head , right behind my ear the right one , the bones is bigger then the other one is that normal , or what .?Health Question & Answer

That's your mastoid - part of your temporal bone which is part of your skull.
Our skulls - in fact our entire bodies - aren't perfectly symmetrical. There will always be slight differences left and right especially at the extremities (eg, one ear being lower than the other). You never usually notice it with your head because it's hidden by hair.
Unless you're having other problems in that area, like an ear infection or you've bashed your head on something, I wouldn't worry about it.Health Question & Answer
