I answered a question like this before, people who don't believe in paranormal will tell you no. Its okay not to believe in ghosts as opinions are opinions, I do however believe in ghosts. But don't just jump to the conclusion you have a ghosts. Knock out all the rational reasons first. Noise could be someone in another room such as friends familes or pets, the smell could be food in the kitchen or as gross as this will sound someone going to the bathroom.
