You might of done permanent damage to your cochlea; if it was your first time to a loud club, you should of worn some kind of ear plugs since your ears are not used to loud sounds. I'd say, see a Doctor immediately, you might have permanent inner ear problems. My brother had that problem since he left the Army in 2002. He got medically discharged when a gun went off right next to his right ear. Now the ringing wont stop and it has been years since that happened. If the ringing doesn't stop in a couple of days, you might be in trouble and might have to live with it. If it goes away, consider yourself lucky and next time you go, get some damn ear plugs. you can get them at any hardware store and they are not visible.Health Question & Answer

Could be a day or two and then you might feel a bit deaf for another, but I don't think a dr. is necesary- it's a pretty common thing to happen (that doesn't make it good). Fun fact: after your ears stop ringing you'll never be able to hear that frequency again. Get some ear plugs before doing it much more.Health Question & Answer

The noise (ringing) will be with you for the rest of your life, in some form or another. I worked at the airport around jets, and was involved in motor racing my whole life. The ringing is loud enough to block sounds of women's voices. We know about noise damage now, didn't 50 years ago, why did you get caught.?Health Question & Answer
