Answers:
- Stay hydrated
- Get a spare toothbrush and brush your teeth and mix a little antacid in your mouthwash, it will help save your tooth enamel.
- Eat fresh fruit as low acid as possible - my favorite is strawberries since they are high in Vitamin C and really do not taste bad coming back up. sad but true.
- Drink ginger ale or ginger, lemon balm, cinnamon and peppermint teas to mitigate the nausea and help with keeping you fresh smelling.Health Question & Answer

When I was pregnant, I had morning sickness all day long for the whole 9 months (with all 3 kids!) So I'm sort of an expert on throwing up.
My trick was to drink a cup of apple cinnamon tea. Then, when I threw up, it didn't taste bad and I didn't have dry heaves. Always brush your teeth after you throw up.
Keep yourself hydrated and get plenty of rest. Wash your hands a lot too, to avoid spreading this to someone else.Health Question & Answer

What a question! Get it over as quickly as you can by sticking your fingers down the back of your throat to make it happen as fast as possible.Health Question & Answer
