Question: How do i stop being so lazy.?
Ive been really lazy lately. I've gone to school late and have gotten in trouble, my grades aren't the best; i know i could do much better. How can i push myself to do better in school when i have no motivation.? Health Question & Answer

I think you need to listen to your body, I often get quite sluggish too. If you're tired, don't fight it - your body wants to sleep. If you're stressed - then your body is telling you to calm down. Listen to what your body says and don't second guess it! If you do what your body asks YOU to do, then your body will do what you ask IT to do. If you ever feel like you're really stuck in a rut, try doing something nuts, like singing to yourself in the mirror or something that will make you break out of your current mindset.

You have to figure out WHY you're being lazy in the first place...it could be anything from depression to improving your diet. What really helped me, is motivating myself...such as spending more time on my appearance, it really made me feel better about myself..which in turn made me feel like doing more things.Health Question & Answer

I'm able to keep my grades good, but I'm kinda borderline in some stuff.

Limit your time on the Comp.

Unplug it if you have to. Have your mum hide the cord if you have to.
