Somehow your brain is sending signals to pump blood to your major organs in some sort of preparation for something scary, challenging... whatever, my best guess as to how to "cure that" is to when you start to feel yourself getting anxious, just comfort yourself, in whatever way possible. this happens to me too, and i already figured out that its because i drink too much coffee. lol so if you have high caffeine intake, almost like an addiction, that might be part of the reason.Health Question & Answer
