What can I do to make myself sleep more?!


Question: What can I do to make myself sleep more.?
I am getting a regular amount of sleep, but I want 2 months to go by as fast as possible(I am living in hell). So if I could sleep even 1 hour extra per day that would help make time pass. I try to occupy my mind as much as possible to forget but it doesn't work nearly as good as sleeping. If I could go to sleep and wake up in 2 months, i totally would do that lol.Health Question & Answer

valerian root, and melatonin can help. but never exceed the suggested dosage.. nyquil puts me out for like 2 hours, then im wide awake... you could try taking a nap in your car at lunch (assuming you're an adult and working.?). it helps the day go by faster, and you have more energy. because this is a situation causing it, it doesn't sound like medical depression.. just something that sucks. if it gets really bad, deff seek some help.. try getting a song stuck in your head for each day. it helped me when i had a REALLY crappy job.Health Question & Answer
