Answers:
Well first of all how long have you taken the anti depressants for.?
If they are not working for you then you should go back to see your doctor. Sometimes you need to go through many different types of anti depressants before you find one that works for you.

also it can take up to 6 weeks before you can notice a difference in the medication you are taking. The doctor can also see an improvement but put your dosage up for them to work better.

Good luck. Any questions just mail me.Health Question & Answer

First, you should go back to the doctor if your medication is not helping. Depending on your age (12.? 14.? 18.?), you can legally go without your parents' consent.

Second, you may want to consider pairing medication with therapy. Some research suggests that this may be the most efficient way to improve your situation (i.e., depression and/or anxiety).

You also mention that your parents are not doing their part... Is it something essential for the treatment to be effective or is it something someone else could fulfill.?Health Question & Answer
