about once a week i wake up with extremely bad headaches that make me nauseous and then other days i get them around 2 o'clockish. i'm a student in high school and i run cross country. if u need more info ask.Health Question & Answer

Due to when your getting the headaches, they sound allergy and sinus related. Try something over the counter if you have no known drug related allergies, or discuss it with your doctor. There is good medication out there, no need to suffer. Health Question & Answer

your diet might need improving, vitamins are key.
Get your blood pressure checked.
Could even be a cavity in your mouth. Go to the dentist. (really)

it might have something to do with ur eyes.?.?.? Have u had them tested, i too suffer shockling from migrains in summer and when i was a kid, doing athletics, my eyes were the problem due to the heat.?.?maybe not sure but it worth a try.?Health Question & Answer
