Question: It's so cold here and i'm sick.?
It was was cold here last night, and my heat wasnt working.. Well Now I cant breath and I have a real bad sour throat. Lol when I try to inhale there's a sound.. lol. What could it be.? i mean is it just a cold, or could i be getting the flu.?Health Question & Answer

You might be dry... Try drinking a lot of water and fluids. I hope you get better. Your sinuses are probably clogged with mucus, or Moocus. Rest, drink water, and try to stay away from really dry air. Maybe you could put on a vaporizer while you sleep.?Health Question & Answer
Being cold/ cold weather DOES NOT make you sick! GERMS make you sick! I agree that your throat and mucus membranes are probably dried out- have a cup of tea or some broth- or even just a big glass of water- if you have a humidifier, use that OR step into a warm shower where you can breathe the moist air!Health Question & Answer
