Question: How come I'm calm during my "birthday".? Doctors or nurses....?
I mean I get like cramps and stuff but I never yell or get mad at people. I'm always calm or peaceful. It's not that I want that to get mad at the world and act like a brat during that 7 day time... I dont want that at all. I just want to know why i'm the opposite of what people think girls are during their "birthday". If I'm not on it, I get madder at people and yell sometimes. Then i calm down during that 3-7 day time...Health Question & Answer

I would imagine it has something to do with hormones. Maybe you are keeping yourself calm because you don't want anyone to guess it is your "birthday". At any rate, why worry about it, just be glad you can remain calm when most women are having a bad week.Health Question & Answer
I love when my it's my bithday. I throw a huge party. Playtex the Clown shows up and makes hot water bottle animals. We play "Pin the Tampon on the Donkey", and take turns riding a white pony named "Cotton". Then, we put on maxi-pad blindfolds and whack a pinata filled with Midol. I serve a red velvet cake with lots and lots of chocolate frosting, and hotdgs with plenty of ketchup on them. I give out hand-made tampon crafts as party favors. Like this:

I understand..these days I'm getting downright b*tchy on my birthday too. I'd highly recommend tampon crafting (see B and B's link). It's therapeutic and soothing to the soul.
