I had 13 hours sleep last night and I'm not tired now, its 11:30pm.Health Question & Answer

you need sleep no matter how much sleep you had prior.
it's bad to get into a bad sleeping habit.
it might be hard to get to sleep.
but maybe just stay up until you get tired.
i know it sounds gross but it is actually good, try some warm milk.
it makes you sleepy.

hours of sleep every night. (Monday through Sunday). The
minimum you should give yourself is 5, the maximum, 8.
also, eat a well-balanced diet, and don't ever eat snacks if
you aren't at all hungry.
