I feel like my heart is rising in my throat sometimes. Explanation?!


Question: I feel like my heart is rising in my throat sometimes. Explanation.?
At random times, my heart seems to stop beating or something, then I get this full feeling near the bottom of my throat. It passes, but it creeps me out.

Answers:
Stress. Stress can do the strangest things to the body! As long as it passes, and you know it's not serious, just try to breathe in your nose, out your mouth. (A few times.)
