my nails grow so fast and they are very strong!!! why is that.?.? a girl said cuz im healthy, but why.?

It's probably because you have a good digestive system and don't eat foods to which you are intolerant ............ you prolly also drink a lot of water and also eat your fresh fruit and vegies.......... i'd lay odds you also don't drink sodas, pop or soft drink..... or alcohol and don't drink much coffee or tea .... all those things dehydrate you terribly and rob you of your B complex of vitamins which are so very essential for healthy hair, skin and nails.

I would have to agree with minx above. You probably have a very good diet and eat the food groups that your body requires to strong and healthy. Just keep doing what your doing what your doing. I wouldn't worry about wasting your calcium from your body, God gave us pretty amazing Bodies.Health Question & Answer

i think it means your healthy, but i also think alot is because of genetics, cos both my parents have really strong nails
and even healthy people can still have weak nails
