Dehydration will cause dizzy spells, fatigue and exhaustion, constipation, puffy bags under your eyes, headaches and migraines, constant yawning, irritability and moodiness, stomach aches ....... cut back on sodas, soft drinks, alcohol and caffeine too as they will all dehydrate you terribly .... drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
