Because I was out late last night in a tshirt and jeans in 5 degree celsius) weather for 2 hours

There is hypothermia, thats a bad one. Now if your alive and awake you dont really have to worry about hypothermia, its a temporary issue but still extremely dangerous. It occurs when your body temperature drops to extreme lows and if you arent warmed up soon death is a serious possibility.
