Effects of smokin weed?!

Question: Effects of smokin weed.?
I am supposed to be doing it sometime soon and would like to know what long and short term effects are. I only want info from your OWN personal experience. Im 14(if that helps) and I only plan on doin it maybe once possibly twice a week.

Please dont post stupid **** like "Don't" and unless youuve gotten cancer from it yourself or have done it yourself dont bring it up. Don't answer this unless you smoke/smoked.Health Question & Answer

Ok, as we can see, the answers are completely subjective to the poster. "Once or twice a week is a lot". Completely depends on the person. There's a Wyoming DA that smokes every day. One of my friends has the highest "I'm not trying" GPA in college and he smokes 3-4 times a day, 3.75.

So, effects will completely depend on you. My advice.? If you're going to do anything that early in life, stick to marijuana. Illegal as it is, it's less damaging by a LONG SHOT than alcohol. Alcohol is one of the worst hard drugs out there, up there with cocaine and heroin. Oh, and don't do cocaine or heroin either. No joke. Those hard drugs lead to ******* nowhere.

Marijuana may make you chill out, or a little anxious until you feel yourself get ahold of the high. You'll probably eat a leftover burrito, some McDonald's, two more leftover burritos, and a bag of Funyons. also, make sure you have music you enjoy (and you might find enjoyable sober music is completely beautiful high) and have the right place to smoke. Vibes for drugs are everything man. Don't be paranoid, don't think what you're doing is wrong (only legality, and I've come to find out it's pure government propaganda), and don't think you're going to be "stupid" or whatever. It comes with the plant.

If you do anything artistically (draw, play guitar, DJ, whatever) try that when you're high. Just let your mind relax and realize you have nothing to succumb to but that beautiful high.

Good luck.Health Question & Answer

Marijuana is a medicinal herb, and can be helpful for many ailments. Despite the governments skewed views on it, it is accepted as such by most other countries and the majority of healers, both naturopathic and modern, all over the world. It can help pain, both physical and emotional, relieve anxiety, reduce symptoms of severe diseases such as multiple sclerosis and AIDS, and reduce spacticity. The negetive effects are questionable, because the illegal staus of the herb skews the research, but even the worst views say that the negative effects are mild and short term. I am sure you are aware of the recreational benefits of it. It mostly just ehances your perception of things both external or internal. Because it changes the way you think about things while you are under its effects, it may cause a little apprehension at first. Just try to stay positive in your mind, and remember that it is just fear of the unknown, and can't hurt you. Mostly it can only be judged by the user. Try it, and if you like it, incorporate it into your life, if you don't, don't. Remeber that a medicine of any kind should only be used as needed, and that a higher quality product is going to give you the best effect. Don't let the modern views of this helpful herb influance you, just judge for yourself, and remember people have been doing what you are considering much longer than they have been making laws about it! Enjoy! Health Question & Answer

Personally, it makes me sick (and I mean physically sick). The effects are not so great.

I tried many times when I was a teenager, and every time regretted it a little. After smoking I always had this huge headache that would last for hours.

You just kind of feel dumb and more relaxed.

It is different for everyone.

From personal experience, I would say it's not worth it. And, to be honest, once or twice a week is a lot.Health Question & Answer
