Question: A question about a neck x-ray test.?
I just had neck xrays taken, and for one of them, they had me look at a the x-ray machine with my mouth wide open. They then took an xray, and ever since then (2 weeks ago) I've had a bad taste in my mouth. Can anyone explain this.? Is this at all normal.?

It's just a coincidence that you have the bad taste in your mouth.
They get you to open your mouth while standing forward when they take the x-ray of the neck BEHIND your jaw to make it easier for the rays to pass through and then read the x-ray. It's too hard through jaw bone.
