ok im 17 male never had this happen but i tow cars and am in my truck 6 hours at a time at times and aneyhow first my testicls itched bad for 3 days then 5 days later it burns extremly bad pure red and is sorta sweety with this smelly puss the skin comes off like i got a sunburn and the smells horable what can this be cancer.?.?.?helppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!al... im a virgineHealth Question & Answer

Looks like a fungus infection. Nothing to be ashamed of. Go to a doctor or a pharmacist to get a cream. Air out the area. It can happen to anyone but your occupation makes it worse. Health Question & Answer
go to the doctor right away. !!!! prolly not cancer, prolly not an std, but you may have gotten this rash cuz you sweat so much and your underwear and pants maybe rubbing on you or since your sitting so long all the sweat could be sitting there as well and did it... kind of like a blister, go to the doc right away ! air your boys out, wear boxers instead of undies. Wear looser jeans or wear sweat pants..
