Multivitamin tablets have you noticed any difference since taking them?!
Question: Multivitamin tablets have you noticed any difference since taking them.?
Answers:
I have been trying for years to stay committed to taking my vitamins every day.
A few weeks ago I was having some issues with my tongue (sore and white coated) and my energy levels and found out that I had iron deficiency anemia. After taking a multi every day, I'm doing much better.
I also take B vitamin complex, Vitamin C, Chromium, Omega 3 complex with all the oils and a multi vitamin.
It's always good to take any vitamin with a meal though.Health Question & Answer

Your really are unlikely to notice any difference at all. As long as your eating a balanced diet, and getting your 5 a day fruit and vegetables; taking added vitamin supplements on top of this, is unlikely to make any difference. Recent studies suggest that those who do take vitamins above the RDA, actually have a slightly higher mortality rate!
Look I have been a student before and I am one now, why are you choosing to eat unhealthily.?I always ate well the entire time I have been a student. Even rubbish food costs money! In fact healthier food is cheaper than pizza's! I don't understand this mentality. If you really are just living on crap then maybe a multivitamin is beneficial, but I am really am inclined to agree with the Good Dr Frank and the article link he has provided. There is really little evidence to support it's benefits.Health Question & Answer

I am afraid you will notice no difference. They contribute nothing to the health of normal individuals eating a normal diet. There is some evidence that patients that take some vitamin supplements do worse than those who don't!
