You may find that if you ever decide to stop, your mind may have created a bit of a ritual of smoking before sleep. After a few days you probably won't notice it anymore. Other than that it is absolutely fine. There are a few people in here trying to tell you it's going to cause cancer but it's simply not true. There has never been a case of marijuana being directly linked with marijuana.

I am actually surprised people say stay aware from marijuana but then try and tell you to take dangerous sleeping pills which can be addictive and you can overdose on them. Neither is true for marijuana.Health Question & Answer

Completely subjective to the person smoking. Sure, it could turn you depressed, or it could turn you into a Van Gogh. Anything said otherwise about long-term marijuana use and its effects is complete adulterated government propaganda to scare the general population. Least harmful of every drug, and I repeat, every drug out there. And that includes alcohol you legality freaks.Health Question & Answer

As an occasional smoker and ex-pothead i wouldn't recommend it... smoking it daily has adverse(though completely temporary) affects on the brain... Theres better reasons to smoke and better meds to help you sleep.Health Question & Answer

yep, not only your brain but also any part of your body that touches like lips throat, tongue etc can get cancer. I'd seen young people having their tongue cut off because of cancer caused by marijuanaHealth Question & Answer
