Question: Do you think I've damaged my stomach.?
I used to be bulimic and threw up regularly (around twice a day for a year). Now I find that I get sick at anything. If I eat/drink a little too much, when I burp, after exercise. Do you think I've seriously damaged my stomach or is it just a minor thing.? I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so just need some reassurance. Health Question & Answer

your problem is rooted to your mind. every sickness has its root somewhere in our minds. this is the only logical explanation for miraculous cure of diseases.

How long have you been getting 'sick at anything'. If it's longer than a while, see a doctor.
I do not believe you can really damage your stomach by throwing up, there is stuff going OUT of it. But i am not sure, see a professional if you keep feeling bad.Health Question & Answer

Omg. The same thing has happened/is happening with me. Even if I've just been lying on my back and I roll over, it makes me throw up. After eating/drinking/exercising it's the worst. I know I haven't helped but I don't know what to say except for I can totally relate to what you just said.Health Question & Answer
I think it's unlikely that you've damaged your stomach in such a way that would account for this, however you should certainly consult a doctor. the condition you describe warrants this bulimia or no.
