Question: Feeling Inconfident and cannot accept myself.?
So I want to know, what are some of your faveorite confidence boosters.?

I cannot accept the way i look my big bone structure or my asian toned skin. I hate being 5'5 [tall at my school] and have big bones and weighing more than everyone else.

dont tell me to lose the weight because thats 30 lbs and i weigh 130. My doctor said if i lost 30 lbs i'd be too thin. Oh well so do you guys have any tips to boost confidence and make someone feel better about themself.?

if you lost 30 pounds omg that would be really bad I weight more than that!!
its sometimes hard to accept the way you look and to have confidence!but whenever you look in the mirror say 5 things that you like about yourself, cause if you keep thinking only good thoughts about your body all the bad and negative will go away! just think you could always look worse and i bet you are actually really pretty!!

Compare your GOOD differences to your BAD differenes. Take your anwsers and compare yourself to other people. What can you do thats better than everyone else. I don't think you need to change at all be confendent about your body. If you don't like my endvice then just lose weight even if you'll be too thin but at least you can start all over again with your weight and make better desions about what you do. Make a list of everything and anything you love about you.
Your eyes, smile, legs, muscles, endurance, sense of style, mind, hands, feet, nails, nose, ears, cheek bones. ANYTHING. Because there is always a way to love yourself. I am tall to but it pays off. Especially with good posture. Than you stand out and look beautiful. Trust me. Asian skin is also beautiful. Mine is so pale and gross, because I have dark hair, and I have to shave so much so I don't look gross. But I have learnt to except that by doing this.

Well, one thing I find that works well with many girls is when they keep up with all their personal hygiene they tend to feel a whole lot better. Feeling completely clean and smelling great makes one feel better about themselves and tends to make them more likable by others. So, please do that. you seem like a good person and well, many people say im not pretty like omg, esmeralda, you have weird teeth or omg esmeralda, your nose is soo big! i just ignore them and i used to feel lie a stupid idiot that is ugly and nobody likes. what i did,was i ignored them. they dont know **** and forget them. its what you think of yourself that matters. even if you dont think you are pretty, hold yourself high, and never back down from anything because everyone is beautiful in their own way.Health Question & Answer

You have to learn to accept yourself one way or another. There's no "masquerade" that you can put on to make yourself confident.

you have to accept yourself. find a makup scheme or a favoirte shirt that makes you feel good and wear it. you will feel more comfortable and then be more confident.
