I have the same problem but not quite as severe. I go for about a month without any than I get like two a day for about a week. They are super annoying because they often come in the middle of the night. They also always come out of the same nostril. I wish I could tell you how to fix it but I can't because I don't know. (I also get huge clots in my nose, I enjoy blowing them out.)Health Question & Answer

I used to get severe nose bleeds since the age of five. Not much seemed to work for me until I finally went to an ENT (ears nose throat doctor) at the age of 21. I'm 38 now and have not had a severe nose bleed since. So I suggest go to you doctor and get referred to an ENT. My nose bleeds were caused by the dry climate I grew up and still live in. Hope this helped, if you have question on my nose bleed experience feel free to ask.Health Question & Answer

you need your blood pressure checked. and if its normal then you need a humidifier in your room. high blood pressure can be a cause but most younger people get them from the bedroom they sleep in being too dry. they breath threw their nose irritating their sinus passage and thus the nose bleed. you can check your blood pressure for free at most pharmacies but i know for sure at cvs and walmart.Health Question & Answer

You should try to put a wet cold wash cloth on your head (must be laying down). Or pour your head with cold water. That works for me. I hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
