How can I workout in winter without catching a flu?!


Question: How can I workout in winter without catching a flu.?
Its getting colder and colder here in my country and I really want to start jogging in the morning but I sweat alot and as you know , water on the neck combined with cold wind equals a flu, hard swallowing etc. etc. , also I catch the flu pretty darn fast.

So what can I do to be able to work out in winter without catching a flu.?Health Question & Answer

Vaccine is probably best, but if you can't get that, maybe just staying hygienically concious is the best, and possibly putting something over your mouth like a scarf.

All the cold does is it makes your immune system slow down so that it's less able to fight a virus or intruder, so just be sure to stay warm.

And the cold doesnt necessarily make you sick so you know.

And there is no reliable study that says the flu vaccine does anything positive.

also, I might add, dont really worry about getting the flu. If you constantly are worried you will be more likely to weaken your immune system and catch it.Health Question & Answer

well if you have space on your house you always can buy some exercise organs... but i recommend that you MUST go to a gym....because i tried to work out alone and it dint work....if you go to a gym and have a gymnastic program and a good gymnastic you can ach8ieve better thingsHealth Question & Answer
