Alcohol is much worse. Moderation/Spare use is ok. Too much of either will seriously harm you. Then again, too much of anything is hazardous to your health ; )Health Question & Answer

Alcohol is by far the worse.

Marijuana has it's downs, but in the long term the only problems are poorer memory (which goes back to normal if/when you stop smoking for long enough) and lung problems if you smoke it. Don't forget you can always cook or vape your buds though, as those won't mess your lungs up. Can't die/OD from weed, it's not going to make you think you can fly, it's harmless. If you get WAY too much in you, you may green out and puke.

Get carried away with alcohol and there's alcohol poisoning in the short term and down the line there's cerosis. Then there's hangovers, puking, hangovers, hangovers, and hangovers.Health Question & Answer

Alcohol is way worse because
1.You can black out and get raped and not even remember.
2.You can drive better when your high than when your drunk.
3.Alcohol ***** up your liver and can kill you.
4.The only time i have ever heard of someone dying from weed is if they are allergic or if it is laced.
5. You can over dose on Alcohol
6.The only way you can over dose on weed is if you smoke 2 times your body Weight. Health Question & Answer

Marijuana is normally smoked as a cigarette or in pipes and alcohol is consumed by drinking. They can both be used as anesthetic for medical uses.
I dont think marijuana is so bad but its more so the other drugs that it gets laced with.
I think marijuana is less addictive than alcohol and there has never been a marijuana overdose death recorded in history ever but there has been many alcohol overdose deaths. Health Question & Answer

alcohol is WAY worse that pot...
no one has ever over dosed on pot alone. many people have died from drinking too much and getting severe alcohol poisoning.

if you smoke a TON of pot one night, in the morning, you'll probably just have to poop from all the food you ate on the munchies. if you drink a TON of alcohol, in the morning you have a head ache, you feel nauseous, you puke a lot, and usually the night before you puke too. In fact, even before you reach the morning - you can get the spins, and puke and puke and puke.

As for behavior, when you smoke pot, you get dumb. you get retarded, and easily amused. everything is slow, you often don't pay attention when someone is speaking directly to you, and you start thinking of really odd psychological theories and whatnot. When you're drunk, you stumble, yell, slur your words, it messes with your decision making (they're called beer goggles for a reason), some people become belligerent and abusive while drunk....actually a lot of people become abusive when drunk. Either physically or verbally.

If you smoke a lot of pot, you can pass out by falling asleep, but can be woken back up without effort. if you drink a lot of alcohol, you can black out and WON'T be able to "wake up" easily. I've blacked out on a bathroom and woke up the next morning rapped in a blanket on my friend's couch. no recollection of even blacking out in the bathroom, but that's where my friend found me.....

On the positive side, you can make bread products out of beer that are quite delicious. You can make lots of food with tons of types of alcohol.
Pot can be used to make delicious food too, and still give you a high...where alcohol no longer will intoxicate you when cooked.
Pot can be made into paper.
Pot can be made into hemp jewelry and clothing.
Pot can be used to help fight cancer.
Pot stops menstrual cramps.
Pot relieves stress.
Pot is a great source of income.

I could continue this for a while.....Health Question & Answer

LOL sillies!
Weed clogs your synapses and makes you into a bumbling idiot! Alcohol isn't much better, it kills off brain cells (which you don't regrow), can give you poisoning and alters the chemical balance in your brain. Actually, weed affects emotions too.

Weed is no better than booze kids. But I suppose booze is okay in moderation. Weed just melts your brain. However, it's your brain, so you can kill it if you want. Just don't expect me to pay for your rehab.Health Question & Answer

Alcohol can lead to physical and mental dependence. Alcohol abuse results in hangovers, loss of motivation, etc.

Marijuana is linked to high loss of motivation, mental dependence, and it has been proven that high levels of abuse have been linked to psychosis.

recreationally, both can be OK. what people really don't understand, is that it depends on the person. people who LOVE pot will argue "you don't know what you're talking about, pot never hurt anyone, etc" - but it's not true. It really does depend on the person. completely healthy individuals can smoke weed recreationally and experience depression, loss of motivation, apathy, etc. there IS a mental dependence. Same with alochol. Health Question & Answer
