Actually, if you can't tell you're high you're not smoking enough... are you inhaling or just sucking it into your mouth and tasting it.?.? If you want to get higher you can smoke more, or simply buy better weed... You don't have to go all out but to be honest the every day average run-of-the-mill shwag sometimes isn't good enough.
