Im living on my own right now, at 17, so im not eating very much
just because i cant afford food, so i eat MAYBE once a day, or sometimes not at all, and then when i do sit down to eat, i get sick, like with diareahha, my stomach feels gross, and i get full fast.

You need to eat more often -- at least 3 times a day. If you really don't have much money, buy a large jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread. If you have to, eat a peanut butter sandwich 3 times a day. Plus, do you live near any food banks -- they give food away for free. I am not sure where you live (I'm in the USA) and there are food banks in just about every city.Health Question & Answer
